iOS 5 countdown- iPad 3?

Are  you thinking of buying an iPad? Or maybe you want to sell your existing one. Well, according to the rumor mill, selling now may be the best option. There have been clues in news reports about Apple that indicate to a possible release of the iPad 3 in possibly September. According to a Reuters report, Apple has indicated that they will release the iPad 3 in the fourth quarter of the business year. And on 1 July, Digitimes reported that the Taiwanese component manufacturers were gearing up for a mass production of iPad 3's and iPhone 5's in the fourth quarter.

However, many disagree. Why would Apple rush the release of a third tablet when the iPad 2 was only just released? And if they were going to release an iPad 3, why would they call 2011 the year of the iPad 2?

As with many other things, Apple seems to like to be under the rumor spotlight by keeping everything hush-hush. Only time will tell if the iPad 3 will be released this year. But if you have a guess to when you think it will be, feel free to comment your date below!
